Zen Jem Ltd was incorporated in Nigeria in 2025. We state that at the front of this profile rather than leave a client to discover it later, because the more important fact sits immediately behind it: the firm is new; the practice inside it is not.
Zen Jem was formed to give institutional shape to a body of experience its principals had already spent decades accumulating — thirty-five years inside Nigeria's National Population Commission directing national household surveys, sixteen years of donor-funded finance, grants and compliance management across Northern Nigeria, career banking at branch-management level, and professional human resource practice certified in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Programme officers and donors deal with fragmented contracts every day — one firm for data collection, another for workforce, another for financial management. Each junction is a risk. Zen Jem eliminates those junctions by delivering the three layers as a single, integrated, audit-ready service.
The principals of Zen Jem bring careers at the National Population Commission, the Gates Foundation, UNICEF, USAID, and FCDO-funded programmes across Northern Nigeria. Meet the teamOur operational base is Kano, Northern Nigeria, with established community-entry relationships across six LGAs. Our methodology, compliance infrastructure, and tool set are designed to scale to any state in Nigeria and to adjacent Sahel contexts on request.
