Kano State — Healthcare Access Baseline

Baseline survey on healthcare access and outcomes across six Local Government Areas: Gabasawa, Kumbotso, Bichi, Rimin Gado, Bebeji and Wudil. Survey teams recruited locally from each LGA and trained in-person using SurveyCTO on Android devices.

Multi-stage QA protocols applied at collection, supervisor review and back-check stages. All datasets delivered with open codebooks and full metadata. Financial management audit-ready throughout.
