Real-time logic checks, back-checks and supervisor review
We recruit enumerators and supervisors directly from target communities, building on existing community-entry relationships rather than parachuting in outside staff. Locally recruited teams produce better response rates, better data quality and fewer protocol violations.
Training is delivered in-person with structured field piloting before live data collection begins. Supervision chains are documented. Payroll is managed, receipted and audit-ready throughout.
